A background service experienced at outage which caused degradation in the performance of multiple Justice Cloud features. STT generation was delayed, some real-time streams failed to start promptly, automatic annotations and summaries may not have generated, and search results could have been stale during this period.

This occurred around 01:00 UTC, and was resolved around 06:00 UTC and the system is now back to fully operational status.
