This incident has been resolved. Recorders are now successfully streaming content to Justice Cloud. Any content missed during the incident will be captured in the local recording and uploaded to Justice Cloud the next time the recorder is out of schedule.

We've identified the issue and put a fix in place, which we're now monitoring. ReaTime Recorders should now be able to stream live into the platform.

Update
We are still investigating and looking into the root cause. We can confirm that this is an issue for RealTime Recorders trying to stream to the cloud platform. Any recorders marked as 'Starting' are still recording locally to disk.
